Shipping Policy

I currently only post orders located in the United Kingdom.  If you are located abroad, please first contact me - using the 'contact' page - if you would like to enquire about shipping orders abroad.

All orders are sent via the Post Office or UPS.  Every order when posted is sent next day delivery and in most cases I will have a tracking number.  Some orders will need to be signed for.

However, there are different order processing and despatch timeframes depending on the item and whether I have it in stock.  

For my Prints collection, including Open Edition and Limited Edition Prints, the picture is usually dispatched within 7-14 days.  This is because I hand paint each frame individually, and this timeframe allows me time to complete this. 

Sometimes I have the picture already in stock, in which case order can be dispatched within 7 days.  As you complete the order process, the timeframes for each order is shown so that you know what to expect.  However, if you would like to enquire before placing an order, please contact me via the 'contact page' and I will be happy to answer any questions you might have.

For my Original Paintings collection, most are available for dispatch within 3-5 days.

For my Bespoke Originals collection, these are painted to order and therefore please allow up to 21 days to dispatch.  

All cards (if they are in stock) are usually dispatched within 3 working days.

When placing an order, and going through check-out, your dispatch timeframes and postage options are shown.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive notification via email.  A tracking number may also be provided so that you can anticipate delivery. 

However, if an item was expected but you have still not received your package, before contacting me please check the tracking number to see if it was delivered to you, a neighbour, left in a safe space, or returned to the delivery company whereby you may need to rearrange delivery with them.
