I currently only post orders located in the United Kingdom. If you are located abroad, please first contact me - using the 'contact page' - if you would like to enquire about shipping orders abroad.
All orders are sent via the Post Office or UPS. Every order is sent next day delivery and in most cases I will have a tracking number.
However, there are different order processing and despatch timeframes depending on the item and whether I have it in stock.
For my "Prints" collection, including Open Edition and Limited Edition Prints, the picture is usually dispatched within 7-14 days. This is because I hand paint each frame individually, and this timeframe allows me time to complete this.
Sometimes I have the picture already in stock, in which case order can be dispatched within 7 days. As you complete the order process, the timeframes for each order is shown so that you know what to expect. However, if you would like to enquire before placing an order, please contact me via the 'contact page' and I will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
For my "Original Paintings" collection, most are available for dispatch within 7 days.
For my "Original Contemporary" collection, these are painted to order and therefore please allow up to 21 days to dispatch.
All cards (if they are in stock) are usually dispatched within 3 working days.
When placing an order, and going through check-out, your dispatch timeframes and postage options are shown.
If an item was expected within these timeframes and you have still not received your package, please allow an additional 7 days before contacting me to confirm that I have dispatched it.
