Returns and refunds
All of my pictures are prepared and packed with extreme care and quality assured.
Please ensure your address details are correct when placing your order. I do not accept responsibility for packages delivered to a wrong address.
If you suspect you have made a mistake with the delivery address and I have not yet dispatched the item, I can ammend the details if you contact me. However, once dispatched I cannot refund your item if it is sent to the wrong address.
Unfortunately delivery companies can make mistakes which may result in delay, damage or loss of packages. This can be extremely frustrating for both of us. Please allow an extra 7 days for delivery if your item has not yet been delivered within the timeframe specified during checkout. If you have still not received your package after this, please contact me, using the 'contact' page and I will investigate the issue.
If any item is damaged during delivery, please contact me.
Please allow an extra 7 days for any items you were expecting to be delivered before contacting me.
Please note that I do not offer refunds for 'change of mind', so please consider your purchases carefully.
If an item needs to be returned please contact me first. In most cases the customer will be liable to pay the postage for returns if the item was not faulty. However, I do not accept returns for 'change of mind' or colour discrepancies.
Colour disclaimer
I do my best to ensure that our photos on this website are as true to colour as possible and portrays as accurately as possible the colours in the artwork. However, due to many variations in monitors and browsers, digital photography and printing variations, I cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact representation. If it is important that the colour be exact, please contact me first before ordering.
